Bethlehem olive wood is a local raw material from which mainly religious, historical, and artistic articles are made, using the prunes of young olive trees , and the sprouts from the trunks of the old, unproductive trees an essential process for a healthier growth for the trees and to generate environmental stability. Titanium Gold Sedona Fountain Pen A classic designed Titanium Gold Sedona Fountain Pen. This beautiful pen is turned from an outstanding piece of rare Yellow Cedar Birdseye Burl and the trim is Titanium Gold. Titanium plating produces an extremely durable finish. The process uses what is called PVD (physical vapor deposition). Titanium nitride matched to the color of the gold is molecularly bonded to the part and the 24k gold is bonded (sputtered) on the parts to achieve a color match to the other gold parts. The parts are again re-plated after this step. The final result is that the parts will virtually never show wear. It comes with a high quality German-made two-tone nib with an iridium point for smooth writing. It accepts ink cartridges as well as an ink pump.
